Dallas Area Commercial Photograper for Architectural Photography
We've discovered a gem of a professional photogapher in the Dallas, TX area. Their website -- www.HDPropertyPromotion.com -- is a showcase of outstanding architectural photography. Now, some people will simply call them a "Real Estate Photographer", but actually, they do more than that.
You see, they also photograph homes and buildings for both architects and builders. Yes. its true, real estate agents prize their work as it helps houses sell for top dollar. Plus, by giving the prospective buyer a better experience of visualizing what it might be like to LIVE in that house, it both (a) refined the time used by byers and real estate agents not otherwise wasted on the less serious or less interested, (b) puts more money in the hands of the seller and the seller's real estae agent.
But what I wanted to gush about in this post is their "contemporay" architectural photography for office buildings. This is the kind of photography that builders, construction contractors, interior designers and architects benefit from having to showcase their respective contributions to the finished building!
For example, just look at this office lobby entrance: I love how this Dallas architectural photographer has camptures the angles, the lighting (use of natural as well as electical light), and the contemporary sculpture out fromt:
And in the corresponding lobby, we again see the oustanding use the photographer made of natural lighting - taking advantage of the many large windows. Spacious. Contemporary. Artistic. Chic. This is photography that promotes and sells.
